The Yeovil Freewheelers currently use two Honda NTV 700 Deauvilles and one Honda ST 1300 Pan European. These bikes are ideally suited to this kind of work, being reliable, very manoeuvrable, easily adapted for our requirements and capable of carrying the necessary equipment.

All of our bikes are fitted with “Blues & Two’s” as used by the police, ambulance and fire services. We are only allowed to use them on a Cat 1 shout, when properly authorised by the hospital manager, to assist the rider during his journey. We still have to obey the highway code at all times.

What Bikes do we use ?
